ALA’s RUSA MARS ;) has recently released it’s annual list of best free reference sites. Included in the list is the NYPL’s image collection, which I generally like, absolutely huge dropdown menus notwithstanding. The criteria is pretty standard … to a fault, in my humble opinion. Wikipedia piggybacked in a mention as the encyclopedia used by ScienceDaily.
